i have alittle experience with cryptology and binary in the navy, i recogognized the ciphers and decoded the binary sequence of the first three, to see he purposefully changed the sequence on the last of the three part, from 1,2,3,4  to 3,2,3,2,123........ however i have read this doccument and its very reliable work as it would have taken me years to decipher it all. i still dont understand how he comes up with two letters in the.......my name is cipher, when in previous ciphers, the two symbols stand for another letter. seems the whole case rests on that one translation??
