I'm voting guilty on all counts. Bobby's little performance won't fool the jury. The charges against Bobby L. Cutts Tuesday, February 12, 2008 The jury will decide if the charges against Bobby L. Cutts Jr. have been proven in court. A breakdown of the allegations contained in the jury instructions: Count 1 Aggravated Murder Cutts purposefully caused Jessie M. Davis' death during the commission of an aggravated burglary. Specification 1 Cutts committed the aggravated murder during a course of conduct that involved the purposeful killing of two or more persons, namely Davis and her unborn child. Specification 2 Cutts committed the aggravated murder during an aggravated burglary and was the actual killer. Count 2 Aggravated Murder Cutts purposefully caused the unlawful termination of Davis' pregnancy during an aggravated burglary. Specification 1 Cutts committed the aggravated murder during a course of conduct that involved the purposeful killing of two or more persons, namely Davis and her unborn child. Specification 2 Cutts committed the aggravated murder during an aggravated burglary and was the actual killer. Specification 3 Cutts purposefully caused the death of Davis' viable, unborn child, who was under 13 years of age, and he was the actual killer. Count 3 Aggravated Murder Cutts purposefully caused the death of Davis' viable, unborn child, who was under 13 years of age. Count 4 Aggravated Burglary Cutts, with the purpose to commit murder, trespassed in Davis' home and inflicted physical harm on her and/or her unborn child. Where a defendant has lawfully entered a residence, a jury can assume revocation of that privilege upon the commission of a violent felony against the resident. Counts 5 and 6 Gross Abuse of a Corpse Cutts recklessly treated the corpses of Davis and her unborn child in a way that would outrage reasonable community sensibilities. Count 7 Child Endangering Being a parent of Blake Davis, a child under 18, Cutts created a substantial risk to the boy's health or safety by violating a duty of care, protection or support. The jury also may consider Murder It is defined as purposely causing the death of another or the unlawful termination of another's pregnancy. It does not include the legal elements of aggravated murder. Those include acting with prior calculation and design, killing someone under the age of 13, killing someone in law enforcement and killing someone in connection with another felony such as kidnapping, rape, aggravated robbery or aggravated burglary. http://www.cantonrep.com/index.php?ID=399196&r=0&Category=15&subCateg...

Like I said in an earlier posting. He is a terrible actor and a cold blooded killer who left his infant son in a dangerous situation. One of the worst perps...but why, oh why did Jessie go get pregnant with him again????? Why does ANY woman get pregnant out of wedlock by someone who promises to leave his wife, or pregnant by a man who gets other women pregnant, or pregnant by a married man? Stupidity. Really. I got myself a man that has to be good, because look at all the other women who want him! And watch out for Jessie's sister, who looked up to her for guidance. Kris

Kris Boy, I hope she's gotten her head straight on now, after seeing this tragedy. Talking about stupid women, what about OJ s hospitalized girlfriend. The buzz is that the Miami police have gotten several 911 calls for domestic abuse from their love shack before. I almost have no sympathy when a woman puts herself in a situation like that.
